- 1+ year of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing engineering, or supply management in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience using standard quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis, 8D, and Statistics.
- Ability to lead projects with minimal supervision to aggressively solve quality issues.
- Proficiency with MS Excel; SAP experience is a significant advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Field preferred.
- Experience with Machining, Welding, and/or Assembly Engineering.
- Knowledge of Farming/agricultural equipment.
- Understanding of Supplier Quality and Non-Conforming Material processes.
- Familiarity with Shipping/Receiving and Purchase Orders.
- Investigate quality issues related to products and processes; gather and analyze data for root cause determination; document findings in NCCA system; implement corrective actions.
- Communicate defective parts to outside suppliers and coordinate with the shipping department for returns.
