- Experience with standard quality tools such as PFMEA, Root Cause Analysis, 8D, corrective action, and mistake proofing.
- Technical knowledge in areas including hydraulics, powertrain, electrical, welding, assembly, manufacturing or product validation.
- Ability to interpret Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) measurement reports or similar dimensional inspection toolsets.
- Experience working with external suppliers or customers on quality non-conformance issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering; consideration given to recent graduates with relevant internship experience or candidates without a degree but with strong work experience.
- Experience with 3-D CAD and GD&T is advantageous.
- Support manufacturing assembly operations within a shop floor environment.
- Manage daily quality calls from multiple product lines, ascertain root causes of defects and implement corrective actions.
- Flexibility to work 1st or 3rd shift hours as per business requirements.
