    Key Responsibilities:
    Preparation and review of complex individual, corporate, partnership, fiduciary, and other tax returnsMentoring and training junior staff members to foster their professional growthDeveloping and maintaining strong client relationshipsCollaborating with clients on tax planning strategiesAssisting the audit and litigation departments as neededQualifications:CPA or EA certification preferredMinimum of 5 years of recent complex tax preparation experience in public accountingStrong expertise in tax laws and regulationsProven ability to mentor and train junior staff membersExcellent client relationship management skillsDetail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilitiesSalary and Benefits:


    We recognize the value of your experience and certifications, and we offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 based on your qualifications.
