Job description
We're a fast‑moving biotech startup advancing stem cell and longevity science with a focus on induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) technology.
We're looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Associate with 5–7 years of experience who can support and scale our commercial efforts across partnerships, strategy, and market expansion in the U.S.
This is an in-person role.
This role will begin as a one‑month internship (approximately 32 hours per week), with the intention of transitioning to a full‑time position afterward if both parties agree.
What You'll DoDrive the full partnership & client sales cycle — from pipeline development to close
Support and execute our U.S. go‑to‑market strategy
Engage with various types of stakeholders from global pharmaceutical companies to local clinics
Build and maintain strong relationships with the stakeholders and industry KOLs
Identify new opportunities for market growth and long‑term collaboration
Bring insights from partners and customers to influence product, onboarding, and clinical support
Represent our company as a trusted, science‑driven partner at meetings, events, and exhibitions
What Makes You a Great Fit
5–7 years in business development, partnerships, strategy, or B2B sales (biotech, diagnostics, clinic products, or preventive medicine preferred)
Strong ownership and execution mindset and ability to create and test multiple strategies to reach goals
Positive, open, flexible, and solution‑oriented
Comfortable owning full‑cycle outreach, onboarding, and account growth
Thrive in fast‑paced, high‑agency startups
Excellent communicator who can make complex science understandable
