    Our approach to Code Compliance emphasizes education and exceptional customer service, fostering proactive communication and database management. Responsibilities include property maintenance inspections, accurate record maintenance, and participation in municipal court proceedings.

    Opportunity DescriptionTo view the full scope of this opportunity, including essential job functions, CLICK HERESchedule CommitmentThe Code Compliance Officer performs most duties on a Monday-Friday schedule, with some overtime or irregular hours worked when required.

    Pay PlanThis opportunity is non-exempt and on Pay Grade #9. The full Pay Grade Range is shown for growth and development opportunities within the grade. Salary determination is supported by budget availability and qualifications of the candidate to maintain internal equity.


    Hiring Range:
    Min-MidMin $22.49 ($46, Mid $27.55 ($57, Max $32.61 ($67, Candidate Engagement PlanWe are actively accepting applications for this opportunity until filled.
