- Create quotes, process sales orders, and coordinate product delivery based on the project's schedule
- Administer the highest level of comprehensive customer service by answering customer questions and promptly troubleshooting issues while presenting a professional image, to include conduct and dress, in alignment with Rampart's values
- Collaborate with Purchasing for unique product, ordering, or job requirements
- Answer customer phone calls, qualify leads, and follow up on opportunities
- Operate ethically in accordance with Rampart's established systems, policies and procedures
- Support team members in daily business activities
- Ensure warranty requirements and responsibilities are understood by the customer
- Courteously handle customer returns
- Maintain currency on product and technical knowledge as well as current construction trends
- Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor
- 3+ years of Sales, Interior Design, Plumbing, and/or Customer Service experience.
- Ability to develop in-depth product knowledge of plumbing products
- Understanding of aesthetics involved in design for the plumbing of residential homes
- Excellent communication and organizational skill
