Your new job:


  • Responsibility for a broad and customizable range of tasks in the field of personnel and leadership development
  • Planning, organizing, and implementing target group and needsspecific qualifications and development measures for our employees and leaders
  • Developing innovative methods and tools in talent management (such as competency matrices, talent reviews, career paths, etc.) and promoting their sustainable use throughout the company

Your profile:


  • Completed degree in (business) psychology, (business) pedagogy, or business administration with a focus on personnel development
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of personnel development, preferably in a mediumsized company
  • Structured, solutionoriented, and independent way of working
  • Confident presentation skills and strong communication skills tailored to different target groups
  • Sensitivity to the needs of our leaders and employees
