Responsibilities:

Handson and proactive support for the management in all operational, organizational, and strategic areas
Coordination and support of the company's external presence on social media
Point of contact for external service providers such as tax consultants
Creation of presentations, research, reports, and protocols
Office organization, support in preparatory accounting and human resources

Qualifications:

Previous experience in assistant, project management, or similar position is advantageous
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken German
Proficient in MS Office
Organizational talent, high quality standards, selfinitiative, aboveaverage commitment, and sense of responsibility
