Technical Customer Service - Customer Support for Household Appliances (m/f/d)
- permanent position
- full-time or part-time

Your tasks:_

- technical service: repairing and overhauling water filter systems
- customer support: telephone communication with customers for complaints and repairs in German
- receiving and storing goods
- picking customer orders

Requirements:_

- high self-motivation
- reliable, independent, and careful work
- manual and technical understanding
- confident in customer communication
- proficient in data processing programs
- team-oriented personality
- physically fit
- fluent in German
