    Job Description

    Position Type: Regular Full-time, 40 hours/week (100% remote until further notice)

    Seeking a full stack developer with over 5 years of experience in modern software development. Proficiency in technologies like React, JSON, JQuery, Angular, Gatsby, Strapi, Elastic Search, GraphQL, SQL, PostgreSQL, microservices, cloud services, web forms, Document DB, and Mongo DB.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in an information technology related field
    • Proficient with source control
    • Skilled in scripting and development consoles
    • Cloud environment development experience
    • Familiarity with modern infrastructures and programming languages and technologies such as containerization and microservices
    • Capable of building high-performance web-based user interfaces using Ajax, HTML 5, and CSS
    • Knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, SQL, JavaScript, and JQuery
    • Experience with XML, XSLT, JSON, Gatsby, and Strapi
    • Expertise in information system design and large-scale application programming
    • Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and compliance
    • Effective communication skills

    Preferences

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an information technology related field
    • Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Azure DevOps
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Visual Studio and other development interfaces and tools
    • Experience with REACT, JSON, API development, JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS, Responsive Design, PHP, and Python
    • Background in database development and application support
    • Expertise with Rehabilitation Act, Section 508 accessibility requirements, and WCAG standards, specifically WCAG 2.0 AA
    • Knowledge of Agile application development, DevOps processes, and practices
    • Ability to work with business stakeholders to gather requirements
    • Experience in developing technical specifications for implementation documentation
    • Excellent communication skills

    Responsibilities

    • Analyze business applications and design specifications
    • Translate detailed designs into applications
    • Test, debug, and refine application code and service parameters
    • Develop test scripts for service capability and system quality assurance
    • Prepare required documentation, including program-level and user-level documentation and technical documentation
    • Enhance software efficiency
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, work with technical and business staff for timely deployment
    • Provide technical direction to meet program deadlines
    • Deliver business solutions using Azure DevOps suite
    • Collaborate with developers, data architects, business analysts, testers, and security teams
    • Design and implement changes to applications, troubleshoot application codes
    • Adapt to changing priorities, work on multiple projects concurrently
    • Strive to become a go-to person for development expertise
    • Self-starter, willing to ask questions, proactive attitude
