    Day to day as a Pharmacy Customer Service SpecialistAs a Full Time Pharmacy Customer Service Specialist at HME Specialists, LLC in Albuquerque, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations by receiving physician orders for processing.

    Your expertise in working with health plans for prior authorizations will be essential in ensuring that patients receive the medications they need in a timely manner.

    Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating patient medical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

    In collaboration with the team, you will assist in preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that all necessary information and documentation are in place.

    Your attention to detail will be crucial in obtaining complete and accurate patient demographics, ensuring seamless communication and preventing any potential errors.
