- Use of your own cell phone
- Use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Aspen proprietary software
- Tracking various project items on Excel spreadsheets ( ordering/reviewing materials & reviewing post work photos).
- Assisting Production Managers coordinate material deliveries and schedule crews to complete the work ( scheduling w/ subcontractors, property owners and sales reps).
- Completing bi-weekly payroll for subcontractors
- Updating reports for pending jobs and accounts receivable
- Communication with multiple people daily on the phone calls) and via email
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Office administration
- Any construction background (a plus but not required).
- Self-starter
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Organized and efficient
