- Develop and oversee a Behavioral Health Integration Strategic Plan
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and evaluation of supports
- Monitor system performance and outcomes
- Ensure compliance in provider network
- Participate in policy discussions for integrated healthcare
- Collaborate with healthcare providers for integrated care models
- Support practice transformation efforts
- Utilize IT systems for optimal information sharing
- Enable access to medication for substance use disorders
- Represent CCO in professional organizations
- Maintain engagement from stakeholders through clear communication
- Manage team and recommend goals alignment
- Identify staffing needs and recruit equitably
- Organize and monitor work, providing necessary resources
- Lead goal setting and train employees
- Support employee development and performance
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards and policies
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback
- Collaborate with Human Resources for supervisory tasks
- Work in alignment with organizational values

- Adhere to organizational policies and procedures
- Perform assigned duties efficiently
- Master's degree in social work, counseling or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in behavioral health
- Valid driver's license and automobile liability coverage
- Experience in a supervisory role
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Healthcare industry experience, preferably in Medicaid or Medicare
- Understanding of Community Mental Health and Addictions system
- Clinical management knowledge of mental health issues
- Expertise in recovery-oriented care principles
- Skills in communication, collaboration, and program implementation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to implement new care approaches effectively
- Skilled in managing, coaching, and developing staff
- Committed to improving access to quality care for all
- High-energy, persistent, and data-driven

In this role, you will lead the development and improvement of a Coordinated Care Organization's system to provide quality care for members with mental health and substance use needs. Your focus will be on ensuring access to a wide range of services and robust referral pathways. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will drive program development and delivery system enhancements to meet the community's needs effectively.
