- Lead technical proposal development and manage engineering activities across training device programs.
- Oversee the technical specifications, design, integration, and testing of complex hardware/software systems.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact during project execution and customer acceptance phases.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the project team.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related field.
- At least 7 years of engineering experience, with a minimum of 5 years in developing complex hardware/software systems.
- 3+ years as a Project Engineer, preferably in the maritime simulator industry.
- Proven ability to lead and manage engineering teams, particularly in a matrix environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.
