Project Planning and Management:
Review contracts and specifications thoroughly.
Provide assistance to the Project Manager, Superintendent, and other Project Engineers as needed.
Contribute to all aspects of project scheduling, including preparation and updates.
Financial and Resource Management:
Assist with quantity reporting, monitoring project costs, and forecasting future expenses.
Obtain pricing for change orders from subcontractors and vendors.
Manage requisitions for equipment and material deliveries.
Coordination and Communication:
Coordinate efforts between subcontractors, suppliers, and the workforce to mitigate project challenges and resolve conflicts.
Assist with monthly billing processes, cash flow projections, and the processing of change orders.
Document and Compliance Management:
Oversee document control, including managing submittal schedules, contract documents, and project record drawings.
Ensure the accuracy of daily reports through the Heavy Job reporting system.
Prepare and maintain a technical submittal list and ensure compliance with various notice requirements (e.g., inspections, testing, claims).
Project Closeout:
Assist with the project closeout process, including final documentation and settlement of accounts.

Perform other tasks as directed by the Project Manager.
