- At least 5 years of experience in a human resources role.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in technical skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with federal and state regulations about employee relations.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Capacity to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
