The Rummelsberger Services for the Elderly, one of the largest providers of social work in Bavaria, is currently seeking a Deputy Head of Residential Care (m/f/d) for the Hermann-Bezzel-Haus in Nuremberg.

Your responsibilities:


  • Providing holistic care for clients based on a Christian understanding of humanity
  • Facilitating communication between clients, family members, and doctors
  • Ensuring compliance with care concepts, standards, and methods
  • Supervising and supporting staff
  • Managing the care team in collaboration with the department head

Your qualifications:


  • Staterecognized qualification as a geriatric nurse or health and nursing professional
  • Leadership experience and willingness to undergo further training for departmental management
  • Ability to work independently, flexibility, and reliability
  • Organizational skills, dedication, and teamwork
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Willingness to work shifts
  • Loyalty to the church and diakonia
