- Drive technology product life cycle for our internal and external stakeholders.
- Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, development, and implementation plans.
- Identify business problems and design enterprise-scale technical solutions or enhance current solutions to achieve business objectives.
- Demonstrate ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners.
- Demonstrate ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams to delivery solutions and products.
- Communicate with internal partners and/or 3rd party vendors on consuming and integrating with Home Partners of America products and services.
- Partner with engineering and across different product lines to drive key projects execution and deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Senior Product Manager-Tech, Senior Product Owner, Product Manager, Technical Account Manager, or related position.
- Experience with API development, data engineering, DevOps, or enterprise integrations
- Experience with integrations with SaaS or PaaS software
- Experience with building and maintaining enterprise-scale software products
- Experience with developing and delivering product roadmap and implementation plans
- Experience with programming languages including C# and Java
- Experience with relational databases and SQL
- Experience with developing and delivering successful software product solutions
- Experience with identifying business problems and designing enterprise-scale technical solutions to achieve business objectives
- Experience with technical concepts, management of trade-offs and evaluation of opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners.
- Domestic travel required 3 days per quarter (less than 5%).
