- Managing and executing all RFQs for current contract renewals and potential opportunities. Includes distribution to executive leadership with clearly defined target completion dates, mapping, cost model due dates, work with and direct analysis team on the development of cost models, meeting proposal due dates, developing proposals, etc. Submitting pricing, providing all required background information, etc., for each customer. In addition, keep current on the differing systems for RFQ submittal, i.e, - Stellantis (Transporeon), Toyota (Aruba), etc.
- Spot buy coordination and follow-up
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Including but not limited to day-to-day requests, and weekly lunches with local customers (Analyst & Coordinator level personnel).
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Manage insurance renewals, special shipments, quality, and performance.
- Coordinate sales/ marketing initiatives with team members and other departments.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new service territories.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Uphold the company's core values of Teamwork, Integrity, Respect, Excellence, and Safety.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven work experience in Customer Service activities.
- Proficiency with MS Office- emphasis on Excel skills.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in customer service and administration.
- Excellent selling (customer first), negotiation and communication skills, prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

H&A is currently serving 16 major auto manufacturers nationwide and in Canada.The Customer Solutions Specialist will manage RFQ requests from start to finish.
They will market Hansen & Adkins to current as well as potential customers, interact with corporate customer representatives, perform customer service functions for new opportunities, and communicate customer requests with strong follow-up skills.
