Reference:

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a department manager (m/f/d) in full-time for the drying technology department at our Bremen branch as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

Personnel management
Business management of the department
Project support
Quality management
Sales work and negotiations with subcontractors
Creation of a network of craftsmen
Planning and management of holiday coverage and emergency services

What we expect from you:

Completed vocational training in a trade with professional experience and/or solid knowledge in a similar field
Committed, stressresistant work style and team spirit
Organizational skills, cost awareness, and assertiveness
Quick comprehension
Good German language skills, both written and spoken
Proficient in MS Office products
