A glimpse into your work environment:

  • You approach customers in an open and friendly manner, take their wishes and questions seriously, and embody the highest level of customer orientation and service quality.
  • You take pride in welcoming and assisting our customers. You are the first personal point of contact and the face of the dealership.
  • You handle electronic workshop orders, organize possible trips for customers, and support the service advisors.
  • You confidently handle all customer concerns and strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction through effective solutions.
  • You support the invoicing and complaint management process in the service department.

Who we are looking for:


  • You have a commercial or technical vocational training and experience in customer service.
  • You remain calm and maintain an overview in stressful situations. You make confident decisions and are able to improvise.
