Join our team as soon as possible as a Customer Service Representative at Story City As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work for a modern, regional utility company with a 120-year tradition.

We not only provide electricity, gas, and district heating to the citizens of Herten, but also offer eco-friendly energy options to those outside of our city limits.

As part of the Herten city group, we also take on various tasks in public life, such as marketing building areas and managing parking spaces.

In addition, we operate the leisure pool Copa Ca Backum and the Copa Oase with a sauna and wellness area.

At Story City, people are always at the center of our focus, whether it's in customer contact or within our company family.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Interact with customers in person, over the phone, and in writing
  • Provide excellent customer service by accurately recording and managing customer data
  • Offer comprehensive advice and information on our products, prices, and tariffs
  • Explain invoices to customers
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A completed commercial or technical education
  • Several years of experience in customer service and acquisition, preferably in the energy industry
  • Friendly and courteous manners
  • Aboveaverage customer and solutionoriented work style
  • Excellent communication skills and written expression
