Our client, a global and innovative social media company, is seeking an eCommerce Creator Operations Manager (German speaking) to join their team in Germany at Sun Lakes.

Position Title: eCommerce Creator Operations Manager (German speaking)

Position Type: Full-time

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months with potential for in-house transfer

Responsibilities:

Drive key business results, including increasing the number of creators at different levels, improving creator content engagement, and ensuring long-term retention and sustainable growth

Collaborate with leads, acquisition, and education teams to identify and attract high-quality and diverse new creators, and support their growth and development

Develop and implement effective and cost-efficient programs, content strategies, and incentive strategies to engage and incentivize creators and drive performance growth

Design and implement education programs for creators and partners to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed using the Affiliate Service

Work closely with category teams to create impactful and valuable showcases and promote them to increase
