Description

Spherion Butte, MT is currently working with an established business in Butte for someone to support the Human Resources department as well as any related programs within the company.

Responsibilities:
Be first point of contact for the Human Resources department by answering phones, monitoring email and voice mail.
Assist in creating reports, keeping accurate records and supporting with projects.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Background in HR or admin work.
One year certificate from technical school or college.

Education:
High School

Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:
Dependable and punctual.
Valid drivers license.
Experience in Microsoft Office.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work with deadlines, problem solve while maintaining confidentiality.
