- Serve as the main staff liaison for the ACI Board.
- Recruit and coordinate volunteers to act as subject matter experts for certification activities.
- Collaborate with SMEs to ensure certification programs reflect the necessary knowledge base for related job roles.
- Oversee end-to-end certification delivery for AAMI.
- Act as a primary resource for individuals seeking information on AAMI certification programs and manage daily communications.
- Handle all certification data management effectively.
- Monitor the certification email inbox and address customer inquiries.
- Manage certification applications, release exam results, and maintain database records.
- Handle certification renewals, develop reports, procedures, and protocols for the program.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote and expand certification programs.
- Maintain policies and procedures, contribute to new certification program development.
- Deliver presentations to external stakeholders as needed and manage special projects.
- 5 years of certification or related experience in associations.
- Demonstrated experience working with and coordinating volunteers and SMEs.
- Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and a focus on exceptional customer service.
- Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
- Effective project management skills and critical thinking abilities.
- Detail-oriented, self-directed, and capable of completing tasks independently.
- Flexible, adept at multitasking, and adjusting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree desirable.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and/or database applications like Fonteva.
- Completion of the Certificate Program for the Credentialing Specialist or ICC-CCP certification.
