Your Responsibilities:

Conducting and maintaining national and international product approvals in collaboration with external service providers and development partners
Continuous evaluation of the product portfolio for compliance with current approval relevant guidelines and standards in the areas of CE and international approvals
Development of tenders for external testing laboratories and validation of offers
Preparing and conducting audits as part of the respective product approval
Organizing risk analyses for technical products based on national and international standards and guidelines
Consulting function regarding application and interpretation according to the Low Voltage and EMC Directive
Restricting approval relevant guidelines and standards in the areas of CE and international approvals
Forward planning and progress monitoring of individual projects
Interface function between sales and development, as well as between production and development

Completed technical studies in electrical engineering, industrial engineering or natural sciences
Good knowledge of relevant standards, e.g. in the field of CE (especially Low Voltage Directive, EMC Directive, Machinery Directive, REACH, ROHS, WEEE) and in international regulations and certifications (KC, RCM, CCC, NOM, UL, etc.)
Experience in the field of certification and approvals for electrical assemblies
