- Contribute to performance metrics for Quality and Compliance related topics such as Deviations, CAPAs and Effectiveness Checks.
- Contributes to audit and regulatory observations, including tracking of timelines, status and completions.
- Participates in investigations, including determination of root cause and evaluation, initiation and ownership of CAPAs.
- Lead training efforts and assist in developing training content as needed.
- MFG support.
- Completes appropriate training documentation for supervised personnel.
- Work with technical leads and managers to create effective user-focused work instructions, and other training materials as needed to support manufacturing training efforts.
- Participates in continuous improvement activities.
- Actively participates in the identification and implementation of manufacturing procedure improvements intended to optimize existing or new processes.

Objectives:
