This is a Temp to Hire Opportunity

1st shift hours with multiple schedules

Job Duties

Safely utilize Forklifts (1 year exp.) to move products or materials for distribution, load, unload, and stores materials/products in designated areas.

• Maintain a perpetual inventory of materials and products to provide team with daily productivity goals and timelines.

• Perform daily inventory audits and coordination accurate inventory, including and not limited to physical Inventory and Inventory Control Systems

• Verifies clerical inventory records against physical inventory counts

• Prepares inventory reports for departments for inbound and outbound product
• Data entry into inventory management system and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

• Investigates and reports inventory discrepancies. Consolidate quality hold product, if applicable

• Track, process, and monitor all damaged product in inventory.

• Ensure facility is inspection ready at all times for AIB, FDA, USDA and customer needs.

• Communicate and report any incidents to supervisor. Research Discrepancies

• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.

• Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications

BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH A HUGE PLUS

• High School or GED required.

• Associate's degree or two years of equivalent experience.

• Minimum six months in a warehouse or distribution environment.

• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel

• Attention to detail

• Pass Background and Drug screen Competencies
