    • Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8a-4p (FT)
    • Call Schedule: Every other day; every other weekend
    • Call Ratio: 1:2
    • Call Type: Beeper
    • Call Response Time: 20 mins
    • Callback %: 10%
    • Patient Demographics: Adults
    • Patient Volume: 10; ICU: 6
    • No of Surgeries: 1
    • Physician in Practice: 4 Surgeons
    • Support Staff: 2 MAs, 1 Office Manager, 2 APPs
    • Procedures:
      • Surgical care, Suturing, Surgical assisting
      • Endoscopic vein harvest
      • Endoscopic radial artery harvest
      • CABG, valve repair/replacement, aneurysm repairs, ECMO
    • Office Equipment: EKG Machine
    • Lab and X-ray on site
