On behalf of our client, a renowned small trading company in the food industry in the center of Hamburg, we are currently seeking a
Financial Accountant (m/f/d) for temporary employment in Browntown, PA.

A permanent position is planned.

Your responsibilities:

Booking of all business transactions for the areas of accounts receivable, accounts payable, finance, and fixed assets
Verification of invoices for accuracy and completeness and processing of payments
Reconciliation of general ledger and subsidiary accounts
Assisting in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements
Managing the dunning process
Processing bank statements
Verification and booking of travel expense reports

Your qualifications:

Completed commercial apprenticeship
Relevant professional experience and solid knowledge in the field of financial accounting
Proficiency in ERP accounting programs (Navision or Datev)
Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel
Excellent German and good English skills
Knowledge of travel expense regulations for domestic and international travel is desirable
