- Implement food safety regulatory changes.
- Maintain Gluten Free, Organic, Non-GMO programs.
- Primary SQF, Gluten Free, Organic, Non-GMO, Auditor Contact
- Record and maintain audit documents.
- Report any out of specification verification checks to the Plant Manager
- Maintain CCP documents.
- Assist in resolution of Customer Complaints
- Assumes SQF practitioner responsibilities as described in the SQF code. Maintain HACCP program.
- Monitor Sanitation and Environment
- Ensure employee training is complete.
- Pass audits and inspections.
- Maintain good relationships with stakeholders.
- 3-5 years' experience in food safety and food safety/quality test methods
- Certifications: SQF Practitioner, HAACP, FSPCA Participate in gluten proficiency testing.
