    Professional Baker:

    WatchHouse is a specialty coffee group and roastery with 14 locations across London and now launching our first location in Manhattan, New York.

    With new sites on the horizon, we continue to grow at pace with exciting opportunities for those wishing to build a career in hospitality.

    • Come into work daily with a can-do attitude.
    • Experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef, or similar role.
    • Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders, and dough sheeters.
    • Understanding of food safety practices, obtain Food Safety cert.
    • Experience with cake decoration techniques is a plus.
    • Excellent time-management skills.
    • Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
    • Team spirit, with a customer-focused attitude.
    • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
    • Certification or degree from a culinary school is a plus.
    • Prepare custom-made pastries-based Head Bakers direction.
    • Recommendations in menu development.
    • Ambition to progress within an expanding business.
