Description
Maman Commissary Kitchen is looking for a talented baker willing to join the Pastry Department.

  • The position is Full time (40 hours) between $18 and $22/h.
Alongside the Pastry supervisor and two other bakers, you will be part of the team in charge of an important part of the Menu at Maman such as:

  • Brownies
  • Loaf cakes
  • Oreos
  • Tea Cake
  • Travel cake
- etc.

Your position require at least 1 full year as baker in high scale production environment.

  • You must be able to:
  • Follow guidelines and recipes.
  • Scale.
  • Mix.
  • Shape.
  • Pipe.
  • Bake different items.
  • Lift, push, pull 50 Lbs.
  • Organize your tasks and your station.
Concerning the schedule, it is 5 days a week from 9am to 5pm with a break in between.

Concerning the Kitchen, you will be working in a brand new environment with enough space and adapted equipment.
