Head of Boiler (M/F/d):


  • Location: Ratingen, Germany (Headquarters)

Your Responsibilities:


  • Defining and implementing the strategic and operational direction of the Boiler department to ensure highquality, timely, and costeffective processing of specialized engineering for proposal and execution projects
  • Managing the department in accordance with the company's mission statement
  • Monitoring and evaluating the department's tasks, including holding department meetings, participating in reviews, checking documents, and implementing quality assurance measures as needed

Your Qualifications:


  • Completed degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, energy plant engineering, or environmental engineering preferred
  • Several years of practical experience in boiler technology in plant engineering, with international experience being desirable
  • Strong understanding of boiler technology
  • Knowledge of business management
  • Experience in technical and disciplinary management of employees
  • Solutionoriented and skilled in conflict management
  • Willingness to take responsibility and ability to work under pressure
  • Assertiveness and decisionmaking skills
  • Analytical and structured approach to work
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to travel
