What to expect

The StudiumPLUS program offers students the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge in practical settings. Your theory phases will be spent in the lecture hall as usual. During your non-lecture periods, including mandatory internships and final thesis, you will work at our headquarters in Waldenburg. Throughout the program, you will have the support of a mentor within the company and will be extensively prepared for a direct entry into our company after graduation.

  • Gaining practical experience by getting to know all sales-related business processes, software tools, and our product portfolio
  • Working closely with a mentor from the sales field
  • Learning about interface departments such as product management, sales support, and logistics
  • Accompanying sales representatives on their visits
  • Independently working on projects
