- Provide clinical leadership for nursing and technician staff, designate shift and schedule assignments, and monitor attendance.
- Ensure adequate staff to meet patient census and supervise staff during assigned shift.
- Deliver safe and direct patient care and act as a role model to promote a positive work environment and quality patient care.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program, with a minimum of 2 years directly related experience.
- RN licensure in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement recognized by NM and CPR for Healthcare/BLS certification required.
- Nationally certified in area of specialty preferred.
- Heavy work exerting pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25-50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10-20 pounds of force constantly to move objects or people.
- Subject to an annual contract and performance appraisal, and exposure to hazardous materials requiring PPE.
