    Home Health and Hospice Aide (CNA)

    Sign-on bonus of $5,000

    Jefferson Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced and caring full-time Home Health and Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our highly reputable team. Our Home Health & Hospice program is fully accredited, and the successful candidate will provide direct personal care to patients in their homes. In this role, you will follow a specific plan of care prepared by the RN Case Manager, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care possible. Your compassionate nature and dedication to promoting patient comfort and dignity are essential to this position.     What you'll need:

    • High School diploma or GED equivalent required
    • Current Washington State Nurse Assistant Certified (NA-C) required
    • Current AHA BLS/CPR (Healthcare Provider version) required
    • Current valid state driver's license and proof of auto insurance required

    Schedule: 1.0 FTE; 40 hours/week; Day Shift, Monday to Friday; No weekends
