    The VR App Review Specialist interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services. (Military veterans are encouraged to apply.)

    As an VR App Review Specialist , you will be reviewing content and conducting testing procedures for new applications (apps) created for virtual reality (VR) devices by developers. Our VR App Review Specialist s have a passion for the gaming community and provide a high level of attention to detail when reviewing new game apps and interacting with developers.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

    As an VR App Review Specialist , you will:

    • Execute testing procedures for 3rd party submissions to ensure apps meet technical, content policy, app policies and publishing requirements
    • Escalate non-standard submissions
    • Report on trends and advocate for platform level solutions to common rejection reasons
    • Propose and drive improvements to the testing and feedback process
    • Communicate with developers about their submission results via standard responses
    • Use problem solving skills, in conjunction with tools and resources, to resolve non-standard and/or escalated issues
    • Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator ('KPIs')
    • Solve problems or offer solutions that are that are generally unstructured and require extensive clarification
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of client products and/or services

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to clearly document complex bugs and the steps to reproduce
    • Resolution mindset, proven experience helping advertisers navigate the client online platform tools to a solution
    • Meticulous attention to detail
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize levels of urgency within an assigned case load
    • Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment
    • Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently and collaboratively
    • Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations, including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner
    • Ability to work with and wear VR equipment daily and for extended periods of time
    • Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly
    • Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    • 18 Years of age or older with a completed High School Diploma or GED required
    • Extensive personal or professional experience with video gaming, virtual reality (VR) required
    • Minimum of 1 to 3 Years of experience in Call Center, Technical Support, Office Administrative or Social Media preferred
    • BA/BS degree preferred
    • Able to rotate shifts as needed as well as adhere to shift schedules and maintain acceptable attendance.
    • Employment for this position will begin onsite in office starting on day 1 of employment at 13011 McCallen Pass Bldg D, Austin TX. The employment location may at any time change from this address to the downtown Austin location at 300 W 6th St, Austin, TX 7870 and all candidates must be flexible to change to employment in person onsite at this office in the future.
