Disciplinary and professional management of contract clerks as well as operational management of day-to-day business in the new business area Indirect
Control of all relevant contracts in compliance with qualitative and quantitative requirements
Active participation and support of contract clerks in day-to-day business
Support of the department manager in projects, especially for productivity improvement
Timely review of new contracts for acceptance (including collateral) and entry into the order
Support and preparation with sales for the realization of new deals
Systematic recording of deals and disbursement of contract volume including partial or down payments
Your profile
Completed commercial training, ideally with additional qualification as a bank or leasing specialist
First experience in leading
