    With your help, we can take on the challenges, the barriers, the statistics, and the seemingly impossible.

    What you'll be doing
    • Enter employee information into the HRIS system as needed such as TB tests, background checks and drivers records checks.
    • Complete reference checking for candidates.
    • Call candidates to rescind the offer when a candidate is non-compliant with the hiring process.
    • Manages the criminal background checks.
    • Works with the occupation health providers to educate them on Hope Networks pre-employment process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
    • Reschedules pre-employment assessments for newly hired employees as needed. This includes but is not limited to physicals, TB, drug screen etc. Reviews results to ensure compliance, initiating appropriate action to address issues as needed.
    • Administers, collects, and audits all new hire documentation to ensure Hope Network is compliant with Federal, State, and local employment laws including CARF, licensing, and payor compliance, etc.
    • Assist in assembling digital employee files.
    Anticipated Work Schedule

    Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

    In office 2-3 days per week

    Job Requirements
    • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
    • Associate's degree in relevant field and/or equivalent work experience, preferred.
