    Your role:

    • Identify, document, and evaluate requirements for image analysis, as well as other data types as assigned.
    • Evaluate, diagnosis, and recommend improvements (or replacements) for existing data pipelines; this could include changes to tools, processes, and personnel.
    • Continuously scout and evaluate available and emerging tools for image analysis and computer vision, including generative AI, auto-annotation, synthetic data generation, and tools we haven't even thought about yet.
    • Ensure that data, environments, and tools power up our R&D work, and cycle feedback from R&D into the stack.
    • Becomes our team's expert in the proprietary signals and processing from our coolest products, especially for the toolchain translating these data into algorithms.

    • Must have experience with full stack development in public cloud environments (AWS, Azure), including proficiency with Python, SQL dialects, and XXX.
    • Prior experience and/or graduate coursework with computer vision algorithm development.
    • Extensive R&D background in medical imaging, including image annotation and pipeline utilization.
    • Proficient in managing data governance processes, including access management, data provenance, and experience with MLOps solutions like Dataiku, DataRobot, etc. Also, skilled in engineering within highly regulated environments (e.g., medical devices, transportation, defense).
    • US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
    • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
