We are a startup in the social sector with fresh ideas and concepts in youth welfare;
we are building a new cross-location concept in youth welfare in cooperation with another social organization;
we are looking for and working with young people between the ages of 16 and 26 who are facing challenges in transitioning from school to work;
we do things differently and hope that it will prove to be better ;-).

Responsibilities

You
- are excited about exploring new paths in the social work field;
- can handle start-up situations;
- enjoy working in a team and are not afraid of industry-standard shift work (which we will try to accommodate to your needs as much as possible).

Qualifications

Training as a social assistant or other basic pedagogical qualification.
