We are looking for a service-oriented
Office Clerk (m/f/d) / Front Office for our location in
Hamburg:

Imagine:

You work for an educational institution
You support our participants, interested parties, and colleagues with all their concerns, both in person at the reception and over the phone
As the first point of contact, you ensure smooth training operations at the location and take on general administrative tasks
You are responsible for exam supervision, processing education vouchers, ordering teaching materials, and managing absences for our participants
You handle incoming inquiries from interested parties and are responsible for contract creation and signing with our participants
You maintain close communication with our funding
