    Education

    Required

    High School Diploma or equivalent or better.

    Preferred

    Bachelor's Degree or better.

    Experience

    Required

    3-5 years:

    Experience as a multi-unit manager

    3-5 years:

    Demonstrated leadership, or 5+ years as a GM in a high-volume big box retailer Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, strong understanding of financial aspects of retail business, and multi-unit P&L responsibility

    Preferred

    Knowledge of basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all unit measures using whole numbers, percentage, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to exchange US currency in any denomination Demonstrate strong people skills including the ability to lead and engage a team, hold employees accountable to results, and develop strong talent that can be moved throughout the organization Must have the ability to drive the business, create a culture of customer service, and operational excellence through the execution of goals
