We are looking for
you as a resource-oriented leader for our intensive pedagogical and therapeutic children and youth welfare facility in Grey Forest, TX.

The position is
available immediately on a full-time basis (39 hours/week).

The care of the residents of the facility is intended for a longer period of time and aims, regardless of the legal basis for placement, at sustainable independence for the adolescents.

Regularly, different caregivers bring their dogs with them. The
dogs serve as a pedagogical/therapeutic medium in our animal-assisted social work or in our daily pedagogical activities.
Projects and workshops such as dance, table tennis, yoga, bicycle workshop, etc. are regularly offered by the pedagogical staff. Both boys and girls are accommodated in both living groups.

Your tasks:

Supervision of social workers/educators in their recognition year
Planning, management and implementation of inhouse team meetings, supervision and/or case discussions
Distribution and supervision of everyday coordinating tasks to all employees
Further development of pedagogical work in the facility, prevention concept and facility concept in cooperation with other house managers and the head of the residential facilities
Deployment planning of employees within the team
Control of team cash in cooperation with administration
Initiation of inhouse projects
Participation in training planning and team days
Participation in new hires
