Bratschi AG is a leading Swiss law firm with offices in Basel, Bern, Geneva, Lausanne, St. Gallen, Zug, and Zurich.

With over 100 lawyers, we provide professional advice and representation in all areas of commercial law, tax law, and public law to Swiss and foreign companies and individuals.

We are currently seeking a motivated accountant to join our finance and accounting team in Zurich.


Responsibilities:

  • Managing the complete financial accounting (main and subsidiary ledgers) for three locations (accounts receivable, payments, collections)
  • Providing technical support to a colleague in charge of accounts payable
  • Assisting with yearend closing activities
  • Developing and maintaining a cost center accounting system
  • Developing and maintaining monthly reporting processes
  • Collaborating on various financial projects and initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Degree in accounting or finance
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial accounting
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss GAAP and tax regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (SAP, Sage, etc.)
  • Fluent in German and English, French is a plus
  • Detailoriented and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
