    Job DescriptionColumbus Technical College is seeking an individual to serve as the Institutional Effectiveness Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for assisting the Executive Director with coordinating the college's processes associated with strategic planning and institutional effectiveness. This position is full-time/exempt.

    Responsibilities:
    • Generates reports according to established guidelines including but not limited to: IPEDS (Integrated Postsecondary Education Data Systems), Academic Program Reviews, Assessment Plans (Academic and Non-Academic), Perkins Grant Reports, Course Evaluations.
    • Collects, organizes, formats, and reports, where necessary, college-wide data and information.
    • Conducts regular evaluation of services provided and make adjustments as needed.
    • Provides training in strategic planning and accreditation procedures and requirements to academic and administrative staff, where necessary.
    • Keeps abreast of policies, procedures, and state or federal laws that may impact project initiatives.
    • Maintains excellent working relationships with and serves as a liaison to internal and external customers.
    • Maintains the components of compliance systems, including monitoring, reporting, preparation of reports and other documents.
    • Serves as liaison between Institutional Effectiveness department and academic and administrative units.
    • Use critical thinking skills to evaluate data and information.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with an attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, with strong skills in Excel.
    Minimum Qualifications:
    • A Bachelor's degree in a related field *and* Two (2) years of related work
    • **Note: Experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis.**
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Education, English, Psychology, Sociology, Paralegal, History)
    • Experience in academic report writing.
    • Knowledge of updating data to meet state and federal requirements (to include enrollment statistics, student success metrics, etc.)
    • Experience working in a Higher Education Institution
    • Experience in program review, grant management, grant writing, program evaluation and assessment.
    Salary/Benefits:

    Salary is $48,000 - $50,000. Benefits include state holidays, annual leave, and sick leave, State of Georgia Retirement, Health and Flexible Benefits Program.
