Role Overview
Working under the supervision of the Case Management Director, you will act as a patient advocate and Case Manager for hospital clients. In this role, you will coordinate, negotiate, and manage the care of complex patients to ensure quality and cost-effective patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements
Education: Associates Degree in Nursing required. Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred. Must be licensed to practice in Georgia.
Experience: 5+ years in acute care setting. Case management experience a plus.
