Training as a Retail Salesperson (m/f/d) with Russell

Your Training

During your training, you will immediately get involved and learn practical basic skills in merchandise and warehouse management, customer consultation and sales over the phone and "face to face". In addition to actual sales, your training will also include tasks such as cash handling, order picking, checking incoming goods, handling complaints, and other areas of responsibility within your profession. In your third year of training, you will have the opportunity to specialize in specific areas to further expand your knowledge.
