- Conduct RFP and lead cross-functional teams through supplier selection process
- Collaborate with IT/Legal stakeholders to optimize value with supply base
- Analyze spend/contract/proposal for software licensing, hardware, servers, data center, and telecom services
- Lead negotiations on commercial procurement agreements
- Develop and implement category strategies for technology products/services
- Cultivate cross-functional stakeholder relationships
- Monitor internal/external trends and distill into actionable opportunities
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to contract and sourcing processes
- Ensure pricing and deliverables as negotiated are included in contracts
- Act as liaison between Legal and the business
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in indirect strategic SaaS sourcing , emphasizing software and hardware, preferably with a multinational organization
- Contract negotiation, vendor management, and influencing skills required
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
